Don't trade close to open, close or break times.
Only trade when the setup matches agreed requirements.
Exit sooner to decrease the loss amount.
Low volume quiet times are very unpredictable.

Don't trade in choppy markets. Only trade ranges if there are few s/r levels and the movement is clearly cyclical. Spread shouldn't be too high a proportion of expected gain.
